ALWELL ADEMOLA

Alwell Ademola is the granddaughter of Nigeria's first Chief Justice, Justice Adetokunbo Ademola. The very talented Alwell who hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Diploma in Performing arts from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

As an actress, she has over the years been able to carve a niche for herself and her involvement in major filming engagements has seen her gradually climb towards the zenith of her career. For her, acting has been a part of her life from childhood but started professionally in her teen years in 1985. She has featured in many home videos and has written a considerable number of scripts to her credit. Alwell wrote and featured in ‘Eti Keta’ by Saidi Balogun.  She has also featured in many other home videos like; Sako Jiya, Laroda Ojo (By Saheed Salami). Ojumo Ire (By Saheed Salami as well). Gongo Aso (By Saidi Balogun). Oba Onise Ara (by Oladele Matti). Asiri Oba tu (By Sola Akintunde).Jagunlabi (wrote the script) Omiran (wrote the script as well). Kutanle (By Eniola Olaniyan). Oba Asa (By Saidi Balogun). Leyin Olorun, ‘Awodi O mo’. She also wrote and featured in Toyin Aimakhu’s movie Oritoke and many others.

As a multi talented personality, Alwell is also into music. She has a joint album with Saidi Balogun, which is yet to be released titled ‘Forever’ which featured other popular acts like Adex, Artquake and Gloria Doyle. She also produces soundtracks for home videos and has quite a number to her credit. She produced the soundtrack of Igba Eda (By Lola Alao) and Aya Gbangba (By Ope Olusanya). Oriki by Kunle Afod, Tiara (Also Ope Olusanya) and many more.
Alwell  also has a personal movie which she wrote and produced title ADEDA which was released in 2013 and was well received by the Yoruba movies audience.

She is a versatile actor who is amiable and interesting to work with.
