ELFREEDA ROWLAND

Elfreda Moradeyo Rowland is a multi-talented actor songwriter, performing artist from Ile Ife Osun State, born and bred in jos and Zaria. She started her acting career at a tender age in church.

She has featured in popular Nollywood movies like Saints, Dirty Diana to mention just a few where she acted with top Nollywood stars like Olu Jacobs. She also featured in the popular soap, Heaven's Gate and a couple of more. The embodiment of art was the lead singer for the Afro Caribbean Band in Malta. She has performed with international acts like Jah Coustics, Majek Fashek, Silvia Tella, Ghana’s Samini and a host of others. Elfreeda is regarded as the Queen of dancehall and Reggae in Nigeria and has performed in many shows alongside big names like Damien Marley. A lot of people who have never seen her on stage before were amazed at her performance and the professionalism with which she interpreted her character in the play Grey Area.
